| Reservations and payments |
|

| To reserve a position on a trip we require a 30 % deposit, along with the application form. All trips require a final payment 60 days before departure. Send check or money order please. Our Policy and Waiver will be sent to you after signing up with us. |

| Cancellations and refunds |

If for any reason alpine dreams cancel your trip prior to departure, your money is fully refundable.
If you decide to cancel, below are the cancellation fees for various periods of time prior to the trip.
More than 60 days.................No refund of deposit
Less than 60 days.................No refunds

If a trip participant cancels at any time before the activity, there will be no refund of deposit. The trip fee balance is due in full 60 days before the starting date of that activity. If the participant cancels less than 60 days before the starting date, there will be absolutely no reimbursement of fees.
Alpine Dreams is not responsible for the terms and conditions of any airline tickets. Alpine Dreams is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged baggage or equipment, or any expenses incurred in the event of such loss or damage.
If Alpine Dreams chooses to cancel a trip for reasons other than the above stated, payment will be refunded in full. |
